Federal physical security funding for nonprofits inside FEMA-designated high-risk urban areas.
Federal Nonprofit Security Grant Program — State
Federal physical security funding for nonprofits outside high-risk urban areas.
The Urban-Area (NSGP-UA) stream applies to nonprofits in Hawaii's designated high-risk urban areas — including Honolulu Area. Nonprofits elsewhere in Hawaii apply through the State (NSGP-S) stream. Confirm your area with your SAA.
